Following our Requirements Asssesment where all needs are identified, we then Map the Call Flow Structure to create a blue print of how your business phone system operates. Once this has been completed we then Plan, Provision and Customise your new phone system.
Using automated functions we can deliver instant pre-recorded messages, provide better customer service through rapid connection to the right person or manage sales or service demands quickly and simply.
Of course, VoIP technology does everything a standard copper PBX system would do, it just does it better. Just like the technology it runs over, the Internet, almost anything is possible in the configuration of VoIP. This allows us to develop communication processes that you will never achieve through old world copper technology. You might want a handset at the home office as part of the office network, or set up a sales rep in another city under a local number that goes through to your interstate head office. Once the system has been fully customized for your business and all of the services are ready to go, we then send our team is on site to Install and switch over your new phone system. To ensure ongoing peace of mind we offer the ability to subscribe to a support plan for $1.10 a day or pay by the incident. Our comprehensive support plan provides:
- 6 hour onsite system replacement: your entire phone system (Talkswitch, handsets and network switch) will be back up and running inside 6 business hours
- Free Software Updates to phone systems
- Unlimited free support calls and remote system changes
- We maintain a current backup copy of your phone system and all voice recordings
